Downbeat Financial LLC. was founded in Phoenix, Arizona with the sole purpose of helping clients have more stability in their finances, just like the downbeats are the stability in music. We build this stability by implementing sustainable and profitable pricing of your service, reviewing and building realistic budgets and projections, and accurately recording and analyzing data to help with future strategy implementation.
Our Team
Michael Wilson, EA
Michael grew up doing two things: working in a family business and playing the drums. Both required discipline and focus to learn and teach in a fast paced environment. After high school, Michael was hired into a fortune 500 company working on projects ranging from contract management, to revenue management, to sales compensation for over 10 years. These projects included responsibility for margin optimization on over $900 Million in annual revenue. Then, Michael joined the family business to help in strategy and finance where he managed and operated the business. In under a year it went from $6MM in revenue to $15MM in revenue. The owners were able to close the business and retire. Michael is committed to bringing this combination financial experience, creativity, and discipline to clients in a fun and educational way. Michael completed his undergraduate degree with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from Grand Canyon University.
